Adventure Cycling Bicycle Routes reflects the TransAmerica Trail goes directly through Barton County and Great Bend.
Overnight Accommodations
There are overnight camping accommodations available for cross-country bicyclists at Central Baptist Church in Great Bend. A bicycle fix station is also located on their campus. For more information visit their website.

The Warm Showers Community is a free worldwide hospitality exchange for touring cyclists. People who are willing to host touring cyclists sign up and provide their contact information to the app, and can be reached for the use a shower, share in a great story, or as a resource to learn about the community.
